Authorities in Sharp County have arrested six individuals for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements. The arrests took place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, according to documents from the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO).
Matthew Baldridge, 62, of Cherokee Village has been charged with Failure to Register/Failure to Comply with Reporting, a felony. Donald Jay Wutke, 53, of Hardy; Lucas Clute, 23, of Cherokee Village; Alvin Moore, 51, of Cherokee Village; Jacky Lee Dalton, 33, of Highland; and Carl David Walls, 69, of Ash Flat were all charged with Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Report/Registry, also felonies.
The six individuals were booked into the Sharp County Detention Center, where they remain in custody ahead of their next court hearings. No additional information about their cases has been released at this time.
