Baxter Health, in partnership with KTLO, will host the 45th Annual Health Fair and Expo on Wednesday, October 4, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This year, the event will take place at a new location, the Mountain Home Community Center, located at 1 Community Center Drive in Mountain Home. Admission is free and open to all members of the community.
Attendees will have the opportunity to receive vital sign checks, including blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, and respiration measurements. Additionally, vouchers will be available for free blood sugar, cholesterol, PSA, and HbA1c testing to be completed at a later date.
Tobias Pugsley, Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Baxter Health, highlighted the value of attendee feedback, which organizers will use to refine future events. He added that the fair is designed to connect community members with local healthcare professionals and organizations, facilitating information sharing about available health resources and services.
