Dillian Cole Brown, 25, of Melbourne, is being held at the Izard County Detention Center on a $200,000 bond after being charged with multiple felony counts related to the alleged sexual abuse of a minor.
Court documents reveal that a Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court Judge found probable cause on September 25 to arrest Brown on the following charges: two counts of rape, classified as Class Y felonies; two counts of second-degree sexual assault, classified as Class B felonies; and two counts of sexual indecency with a child, classified as Class D felonies.
Affidavits state that the offenses occurred over several years, between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2024. Prosecutors allege that Brown was 18 years or older at the time of the incidents, while the victim was under the age of 14 when the reported abuse took place.
Brown remains in custody as legal proceedings continue.
