The Izard County Sheriff's Office has reported the arrests of seven individuals last week, according to Sheriff Charley Melton. The charges range from probation violations to felony-level offenses. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Kevin Odell, 48, of Oxford, was taken into custody on September 21 on a warrant issued by the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Aaron Anstine, 47, also of Oxford, was arrested the same day. He faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.
Adam Johnson, 26, of Melbourne, was arrested on September 21 as well, on a warrant from the Izard County Circuit Court for a petition to revoke probation.
Dillian Brown, 24, of Melbourne, was arrested on September 22. He has been charged with two counts of rape, two counts of second-degree sexual assault, and two counts of sexual indecency with a minor.
Jeremy Woodcock, 34, of Calico Rock, was taken into custody on September 25. He faces charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
On September 26, Daison Faver, 30, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court for a petition to revoke probation.
The same day, Robert Collins, 65, of Batesville, was arrested on charges of careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, drinking in public, and driving while intoxicated (DWI), second offense.
Also on September 26, John Burchett, 21, of Melbourne, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
