A Melbourne man has been charged with six felony sex offenses in Izard County Circuit Court, including two counts of rape, according to records from the court and the sheriff’s office.
Dillian Cole Brown, 24, was taken into custody and booked into the Izard County jail at 9:05 p.m. on September 22, according to the Izard County Sheriff’s Office. Court records indicate the charges were formally filed on September 25.
