The Sharp County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrests of 11 individuals during the week of September 21 to September 28, 2026, according to Chief Deputy Kevin "Bart" Simpson.
Allen Adams, 54, from Kennett, Missouri, was arrested on multiple charges, including failure to appear in court for theft of property valued at $1,000 or less, breaking and entering, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and contempt for failure to pay restitution.
Geraldine Bales, 56, of Batesville, was arrested for failing to appear in court on a charge of drinking in public.
Steven Break, 43, of Thayer, Missouri, was taken into custody for failure to appear on possession of a controlled substance.
Michael Dawson, 39, from Batesville, was arrested for failing to appear in court on charges of breaking and entering, theft of property, and criminal mischief.
John Deckard, 46, of Ash Flat, was charged with failure to comply with conditions imposed by the court.
Skylar Dotson, 26, from Hoxie, was arrested for failure to appear related to a contempt charge for failure to pay required sums.
Michael Gilbreath, 52, of Ash Flat, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief for causing damage of $1,000 or less.
Bo Hargo, 41, from Jacksonville, was held at the request of another jurisdiction.
Antonio Lepe, 22, of Evening Shade, was arrested for failure to appear in court on charges including failing to resolve a citation over 60 days old, careless driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license, lack of liability insurance, and public intoxication.
Phillip Roberts, 47, from Hardy, was charged with second-degree assault on a family or household member with a risk of physical injury, as well as second-degree terroristic threatening.
Finally, Jimmy Wyatt, 72, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for failing to comply with sex offender registration and reporting requirements.
