River Lee, a student at Black River Technical College, has been awarded the Peco Foods Scholarship for 2023. The $1,000 scholarship is granted annually to a deserving student at BRTC through funding raised by the college's foundation golf tournament.
Lee, a graduate of Sloan Hendrix High School, is the son of Amanda Ponder and Billy Lee, Jr., both of Imboden.
