JONESBORO, Ark. — Absolute Care Management Corporation celebrated its 20th anniversary Friday by hosting an open house event at its corporate headquarters on Osler Drive. The in-home personal care provider invited clients, staff, and community members to commemorate two decades of service in Northeast Arkansas.
The agency, which offers non-medical in-home care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, was founded in 2006. Over the past 20 years, it has expanded its reach beyond Jonesboro to serve communities across the region.
Barbara Weese, a longtime employee of the organization, reflected on her tenure during the celebration. Weese, who has worked with Absolute Care for 16 years and currently serves as the operations support MFP transition manager, credited the people she has met as her source of motivation.
"To know that I’m coming to work and working with family is the main thing," Weese said. "That’s what’s kept me here for the last 16 years that I’ve been here."
