Sharp County authorities have arrested a 30-year-old Hardy woman on multiple charges, including endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree.
Selena Evans is being held at the Sharp County Detention Center. Authorities say the charges against her also include "risk of death and physical injury" and refusal to submit.
