Community Insurance, a subsidiary of First Community Bank, has promoted long-time employee Lisha Foust to senior vice president and operations manager. With over 26 years in the insurance industry, Foust’s day-to-day responsibilities will remain focused on overseeing the agency’s operations. The company said the promotion recognizes her leadership, experience, and notable contributions.
“I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and honored by the confidence Community Insurance has placed in me,” Foust said in a statement. “I wouldn’t have come this far without the hard work and support of our entire team. Our success is built on working together, and I look forward to continuing to serve our clients and helping our agency grow.”
Foust holds an associate degree in accounting and has earned the Trusted Risk Advisor (TRA) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations. Her leadership and achievements have been widely acknowledged within the organization.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Foust is an active member of Rotary and enjoys outdoor activities such as riding ATVs and hunting. She and her husband, Shane, have been married for 28 years. Together, they have two sons, one daughter, a grandson, and two granddaughters. Their family also includes a dog named Willow and a horse named Sassy.
