Medic One announced Sunday its plans to expand ambulance services into Greene County through a partnership with St. Bernards Healthcare.
The partnership aims to improve health care access and strengthen emergency medical services in the area. Medic One currently operates in other parts of Northeast Arkansas, Southeast Missouri, and the St. Louis metropolitan area.
“As the heart of EMS is the spirit of people helping people, we see endless opportunities to work together and support one another,” Medic One stated in a social media announcement. “Greene County, we’re excited to join your community.”
Details about the timeline for the expansion and specifics of the collaboration with St. Bernards have not yet been revealed.
Medic One emphasized its commitment to working with health care providers and public safety agencies to meet community needs.
