The Flippin City Council is scheduled to meet Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Flippin District Court Room to address several agenda items, including a possible step grant and updates from the city’s police and fire departments.
The Council will first review and approve minutes from its August meeting before moving on to new and ongoing business. Among the highlights, Council members are set to discuss monthly statistics from the Flippin Police and Fire departments, as well as consider a step grant to support city initiatives.
Flippin Fire Chief David Hannah is expected to present the first reading of an ordinance related to fire department business licenses. Additionally, Robert Lyons is slated to make an announcement during the meeting, while Mayor Heith Hogan will provide an update on new business matters for the council to consider.
The meeting is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend.
