One to two inches of rain fell in parts of Lawrence County late Tuesday night, with Hoxie reporting 1.62 inches of rainfall as of 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to local reports.
Strong winds, reaching speeds of 60 mph, were recorded between Black Rock and Walnut Ridge, where downed trees and power lines were reported.
