The family of longtime Mountain Home coach Don Webb has announced a generous pledge to honor his memory and support education in the community. They will match every dollar donated to a scholarship established in his name, up to $50,000.
This matching contribution includes proceeds from an upcoming auction of Webb’s personal truck and boat. The auction is set to take place on October 1 between the 8th- and 9th-grade football games at Mountain Home’s home matchup against Marion. The items hold personal significance as they belonged to the beloved coach, who left a lasting impact on many in the region through his love of teaching and coaching.
