AgHeritage Farm Credit Services has announced Madelyn Massey as its newest Level 1 loan assistant at the Batesville branch. Massey, a native of Evening Shade, will work with the company’s customer-owners throughout Independence, Izard, and Stone counties.
In her new role, Massey will bring experience in management, digital marketing, and administrative administration to the customer-owned financial institution, which specializes in rural and agricultural loans. Bo Tretenburg, vice president of lending and regional manager at AgHeritage, expressed enthusiasm about Massey joining the team, saying, “Her outgoing personality coupled with a true passion for helping others make her an excellent fit for our team.”
AgHeritage Farm Credit Services reported owned and managed assets of approximately $3.08 billion as of December 31, 2025.
