The Salem Praise and Worship Fellowship will host a community cookout tonight (Saturday) beginning at 6 p.m., followed by a live concert at 7 p.m. featuring musician Dusty Aleman. The event is free and open to the public, though a love offering will be collected.
Aleman is also scheduled to perform during the Fellowship's Sunday worship service at 10 a.m. Attendees are invited to arrive early for coffee and donuts or cake, which will be served at 9 a.m.
The Salem Praise and Worship Fellowship is located in the Old Skyview Shopping Center, on the hill just west of Salem on Highway 62/417. Tom Doty serves as the church’s pastor.
Organizers encourage community members to attend, bring friends, and make new connections during the weekend events.
