A Marmaduke man has been taken into custody on charges of absconding, according to court documents.
Daniel Ray Clatfelter, 37, was arrested and booked into the Fulton County Jail on Monday, July 27, 2026. Authorities state that Clatfelter had been serving probation related to a prior conviction at the time of his arrest.
He remains incarcerated at the Fulton County Detention Center, where he is awaiting his next court hearing.
