Several Marion County offices and departments will briefly close today to conduct employee safety training.
The closures will occur from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will affect the following departments: the Marion County Road Department, Marion County Quarry, Marion County Transfer Station, Office of Emergency Management, Veteran Services, Judge’s Office, Comptroller, Human Resources, and Maintenance.
During the closures, the offices will not be available to assist the public, but they will operate normally both before and after the designated training period.
