According to a report from Sheriff Charley Melton, the Izard County Sheriff’s Office documented several arrests during the past week. The individuals listed remain innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 8, 36-year-old Cole Staggs of Mount Pleasant was returned to custody for a scheduled court appearance.
Elizabeth Whorton, 27, of Salem, was arrested on September 9 for probation violations.
Josh Dockins, 40, of Oxford, was also arrested for probation violations on September 11.
Additionally, Adam Johnson, 25, of Melbourne, was taken into custody on September 11 for multiple charges, including speeding, reckless driving, driver’s license violations, and a second offense of driving while intoxicated (DWI).
On September 12, deputies arrested Olivia Irwin, 34, of Horseshoe Bend. She faces charges including operating an unsafe vehicle, driving without a valid license, refusal to submit to a chemical test, a second DWI offense, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
