Mountain View is set to host its annual Mountains, Music & Motorcycles event on Friday and Saturday, September 18–19, 2026. Riders and visitors from across the region will gather downtown for two action-packed days of entertainment surrounding the historic courthouse square.
“This is one of those weekends when you can just feel the energy in Mountain View,” said Amy Turpin, one of the event’s organizers. “We want people to come for the motorcycles, but stay for the whole experience.”
The event kicks off Friday morning with Poker Run registration at 8:00 a.m., followed by vendor openings at 9:00 a.m. An official opening ceremony, including the National Anthem, presentation of the flags, and the Blessing of the Bikes, is scheduled at 9:30 a.m.
Throughout the weekend, attendees can enjoy a variety of activities. Highlights include biker games, mini-trike races, Chicken Bingo, a pie-eating contest, a tattoo contest, cornhole tournaments, and the Loudest Pipes competition. Motorcycle enthusiasts will also have the opportunity to participate in or spectate bike and trike competitions, with bikes lining downtown streets throughout the event.
For those looking to explore the area, Mountain View is surrounded by some of Arkansas’s most scenic routes. Popular rides include Push Mountain, the lake ride, and the Big Dam ride.
Live music will take center stage at the event, with performances scheduled throughout both days on the Main Stage. Friday’s lineup starts with Jude Brawner at 2:30 p.m., followed by Brewster & Company at 6:30 p.m. and Cliff & Susan closing out the evening at 8:30 p.m. Saturday’s performances feature Isabella Love at 10:00 a.m., Boone at 12:30 p.m., Scott & Roni at 3:00 p.m., Red 21 at 6:30 p.m., and Bad Habit concluding the event at 8:30 p.m.
In addition to the Main Stage, visitors will find live music at various spots throughout town, including the Pickin’ Park. Known as the Folk Music Capital of the World, Mountain View’s musical roots give the event a unique, local charm.
The event also seeks to highlight everything that makes Mountain View a popular destination year-round, including local restaurants, outdoor recreation, and the small-town atmosphere of the Arkansas Ozarks.
Organizers encourage those planning to attend to make arrangements early, as local lodging options such as cabins, vacation rentals, and campgrounds may fill quickly. The event is supported by local businesses, volunteers, and sponsors, including Gregory Polaris Indian Motorcycle of Little Rock and Mountain View Chevrolet.
