Residents of Salem and the surrounding area are encouraged to join the community-wide fall yard sale scheduled for Friday, September 26, and Saturday, September 27. With the change of seasons approaching, the event offers a chance to clear out closets, sheds, and yards while participating in a popular local tradition.
Adding to the weekend’s events, the Salem VFW Auxiliary will host a yard sale at the VFW Post on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28. Both individuals and organizations are invited to set up booths either inside the air-conditioned space or outside, where there is ample room for tents and trailers.
