An 18-year-old man was killed in an early-morning crash on Sept. 6 in Fulton County, Arkansas.
According to a fatal crash report from Arkansas State Police, Reid Grant of Franklin was struck by a vehicle at approximately 3:55 a.m. while he was on Byron Road. Authorities say a southbound 2014 Toyota Avalon collided with Grant, who was in a lane of traffic at the time.
State Police said the weather was clear and the roadway was dry during the incident. Grant’s family has been notified, according to the report.
