Mountain Home secured a strong 44-21 win over Rolla, Missouri, in non-conference play. Yellville-Summit fell just short against Greenland, losing 28-26. Salem faced a tough matchup against Hoxie, ultimately falling 28-6.
Izard County edged out Cave City with a close 26-22 victory, while Hazen rolled past Marshall with a decisive 42-0 shutout. In a thrilling overtime contest, Green Forest earned a 21-20 win over Mountain View.
