Peace Lutheran Church in Cherokee Village is hosting its annual Car Show and Shine today, starting at 9 a.m. This free community event is being held to raise funds for the New Beginnings Pregnancy Help Center in Ash Flat to assist in purchasing new car seats.
According to Dawn Brawn of Peace Lutheran Church, the event is free for both exhibitors and spectators, though donations are welcomed to support the fundraiser. Attendees can expect a family-friendly atmosphere with activities for all ages and $300 in door prizes to be given away during the event.
Peace Lutheran Church is located behind Casey’s at the south entrance to Cherokee Village. All proceeds will benefit the New Beginnings Pregnancy Help Center, which provides resources and support for families in need. Community members are encouraged to attend and enjoy a fun-filled day while contributing to a meaningful cause.
