Cotter has been an essential part of Baxter Health since 2001, serving as both a registered nurse and charge nurse within the healthcare system. Her transition to the Gastroenterology Clinic marks a new chapter in a career dedicated to supporting patients in North Central Arkansas.
A graduate of Missouri State University, Cotter’s advanced training as an APRN enables her to provide expanded care to the clinic’s patients. She officially started seeing patients in her new role on Tuesday, further enhancing the gastroenterology team’s capacity to serve the community.
