A traveling memorial honoring Arkansas service members who died in the line of duty since September 11, 2001, is on display through Sunday, September 13, in Imboden.

Known as the Arkansas Fallen Heroes Traveling Memorial, the tribute features a collection of three-foot by five-foot American flags, each paired with a placard and a brief biography of the individual it honors. Visitors are invited to walk through the display, reflect, and read the stories of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Bubba Beeson, who oversees the memorial as it travels across Arkansas, described it as a tribute not only to military veterans but also to local community heroes.

The memorial’s stop in Imboden has been made possible through the efforts of Judy and Eldon Henderson of S & H Quick Shop, along with support from local donors.

The display will remain open in Imboden until Sunday evening, offering an opportunity for residents and visitors to pay their respects and honor the service and sacrifices of Arkansas’s fallen heroes.
