Under the leadership of head football coach Butch Jones, Arkansas State fell to Memphis last Saturday in the Liberty Bowl, losing 42-24. Arkansas State managed to generate 434 yards of total offense in the matchup, including 109 rushing yards.
West Georgia, playing its second straight road game against an FBS opponent, is also searching for improvement. The Wolves are coming off a 47-0 loss to Kennesaw State and a 24-10 defeat at the hands of Tennessee-Chattanooga. Their offensive production has been limited, managing just 160 yards against Kennesaw State and going 2-for-23 on third-down conversions.
