An 18-year-old Izard County man died early Sunday morning after being struck by a vehicle in Fulton County. The Arkansas State Police (ASP) identified the victim as Reid Grant of Franklin.
According to the ASP fatal crash summary, the collision occurred at approximately 3:55 a.m. on Byron Road, located southwest of Salem. Grant was reportedly in the lane of traffic when he was hit. Officials have not disclosed the name of the driver involved in the incident as the investigation remains ongoing.
