First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Rebekah Sandridge to senior vice president and reconciliation manager. In her new role, Sandridge will oversee the reconciliation of the bank's cash and asset accounts, a critical function that ensures the accuracy of general ledger and bank account operations across the institution's footprint.
Sandridge brings nearly 21 years of banking experience to the position, earning her recognition as a highly respected leader within First Community Bank’s operations division. Known for her operational expertise and collaborative leadership style, she has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement, traits that have earned her the trust and admiration of her colleagues.
Banking has been a part of Sandridge’s life from an early age. She is the daughter of Troy Henley, one of First Community Bank’s founding employees, and she credits both her father and longtime mentor Judy Swaim with playing critical roles in her professional development. Swaim serves as senior vice president and chief operations officer at the bank.

Outside of work, Sandridge enjoys spending time with her large family, reading, relaxing at the beach, and spending quiet evenings outdoors.
