Brooke Stevenson, an agent with Crye-Leike Batesville Real Estate Center, has been awarded the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, according to an announcement from the Arkansas REALTORS® Association.
The designation is granted to REALTORS® who fulfill over 60 hours of specialized coursework approved by the National Association of REALTORS®. The program, aimed at providing a comprehensive real estate education, equips its graduates with skills that elevate professional standards and expand service capabilities in the industry.
The REALTOR® Institute, administered by the Arkansas REALTORS® Association, addresses various phases of real estate practice through its curriculum. Participants are required to meet rigorous standards to earn the GRI designation, which distinguishes REALTORS® from other real estate agents and signals to clients that they possess advanced career-specific education.
Stevenson also holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) credential, another prestigious certification in the field. She works out of Crye-Leike’s Batesville office, serving clients in the area.
