The Arkansas State Employees Association (ASEA) has awarded $66,000 in scholarships to 66 students for the 2026 academic year. Each recipient received a $1,000 award, making this the largest number of scholarships distributed since the program’s inception in 2020.
The program supports ASEA members, as well as their eligible dependents, in pursuing higher education. Since its launch, ASEA has awarded a total of $271,000 in scholarships.
“These scholarships help our members and their families keep moving forward, by assisting them in their pursuit of a higher education degree. We’re also proud that 99 percent of the funds stay in-state,” ASEA Executive Director John Bridges said.
