Justin Lane, 46, of Pocahontas, was arrested on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.
According to officials, Lane faces charges of possession of a controlled substance – Schedule VI with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance – Schedule VI, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lane is currently held at the Randolph County Detention Center. He remains in custody as he awaits a bond hearing and a court date.
