Paul Short, 45, of Brockwell, was arrested on July 6 for failing to wear a seatbelt, unlawful transport of medical marijuana, and driving while intoxicated (DWI).
On July 9, Daniel Smith, 19, of Blytheville, was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and the simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Two arrests were reported on July 10. Derin Dusch, 21, of Bald Knob, faces charges for possession of a controlled substance and DWI. Charles Watkins, 27, also of Bald Knob, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. Watkins is further wanted by Baxter County authorities on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court concerning traffic violations.
Robert Ferrari, 37, of Franklin, was arrested on July 11 on a charge of first-degree terroristic threatening. Later that day, Holley Hawk, 31, also of Franklin, was arrested and charged with third-degree domestic battery.
In separate incidents on July 12, two individuals were arrested. Kelly Smoot, 70, of Melbourne, was charged with reckless driving, failing to wear a seatbelt, possession of an open alcohol container, and DWI. Additionally, Elijah Bellrose, 19, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested for speeding, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and DWI.
