Izard County deputies have arrested three individuals this week on various warrants, according to county authorities.
Billy Plunkett, 32, of Mount Pleasant, was taken into custody for alleged probation violations. Also arrested for probation violations was 32-year-old Kaleb Welch of Mountain Home, who was picked up on a warrant issued by the Izard County Circuit Court.
A third individual, 24-year-old Jenson Riveria of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for failure to appear. Riveria is also facing charges related to failure to register a vehicle and lack of proof of insurance.
No additional details regarding the circumstances of the arrests or the original charges were immediately available. All three are currently in custody as court proceedings are pending.
