The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office announced it will no longer work with Triple R Bail Bonds, specifically with its representative Mel Poisso, effective immediately. The decision, outlined in a public notice issued on September 2, was made by Sheriff Kevin Bell.
According to the notice, the decision to end the business relationship stemmed from ongoing concerns about the bail bond agency’s service, communication, reliability, and overall ability to competently conduct business with the sheriff’s office. Sheriff Bell emphasized the need for professionalism and reliability in the sheriff’s office’s partnerships and stated that continuing to work with the agency was not in the best interest of the office or the public.
The sheriff’s office clarified that the notice is strictly informational and does not prevent individuals from seeking legal advice or pursuing other lawful options for bail or bonding services.
