Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Hallie Shoffner is scheduled to visit Independence County on Tuesday, Sept. 22, for a community meet-and-greet sponsored by the Independence County Democratic Party.
The event will begin at 5 p.m. at Polk & Paddle, located at 146 N. 3rd St. in downtown Batesville. Admission is free, and all area voters are welcome to attend.
Shoffner, a sixth-generation farmer and small-business owner, is campaigning to represent Arkansas in the U.S. Senate. Her platform emphasizes rural economic development and community investment. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with Shoffner, hear her priorities, share their views, and discuss regional concerns.
Organizers encourage participants to bring friends and register in advance. RSVPs can be submitted online at hs4a.org/sep22, or attendees can use the QR code on event flyers distributed by the campaign.
The event is paid for by the Democratic Party of Independence County.
