A Pocahontas woman is facing multiple felony charges after her arrest by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office earlier this week.
Kendra Lester, 38, was taken into custody on Tuesday, September 1. According to authorities, Lester has been charged with arson involving property valued between $15,000 and $100,000, a felony; residential burglary, also a felony; reckless driving, a Class B misdemeanor; and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
Lester is currently being held at the Randolph County Detention Center. As of now, she is awaiting a bond hearing and a court date.
Further details on the circumstances of the alleged offenses were not immediately available. Officials have not disclosed whether Lester has legal representation at this time.
