An 18-year-old Cherokee Village man has been arrested on a range of charges, including endangering the welfare of a minor and driving while intoxicated.
David Beatty was taken into custody on Saturday and booked into the Sharp County Detention Center, according to authorities. He is facing charges of removing a vehicle involved in an accident, causing damage to a vehicle or personal property, resisting arrest, endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree, fleeing on foot, fleeing in a vehicle, and driving while intoxicated (DWI) on a first offense.
