The Mountain Home High School golf teams are set to compete in a five-team tournament on Monday. Both the Bombers and Lady Bombers will travel to Cooper's Hawk Country Club in Melbourne for the event.
In addition to Mountain Home, schools participating in the tournament include Flippin, Harrison, Maumelle Charter, and Wynne. Tee-off at the country club is scheduled for 1 p.m.
Results and highlights from the tournament are expected to follow the event. Cooper's Hawk has hosted several high school competitions in the past, making it a familiar course for many of the teams.
Golf is among the fall sports programs actively competing across Arkansas, with student-athletes from various districts showcasing their skills in regular matches and invitational tournaments.
