The 46th annual Maynard Pioneer Days is set to bring three days of family-friendly entertainment and community celebration to Maynard. The event kicks off on Thursday, running through Saturday, with a range of activities planned to engage residents and visitors alike.
Thursday evening is designated as “School Night,” featuring performances by local students and opportunities to support graduating classes and school clubs through fundraisers. Entertainment will take place on the main stage.
On Friday, attendees can enjoy classic meals, including chicken and dumpling or hamburger plates, as well as live music performed by Dixon Street. The evening will also feature a live auction and bake sale, with all proceeds benefiting the park.
Saturday’s schedule begins with a parade at 10 a.m., followed by a full day of excitement. Planned activities include a foam party, turkey shoot, “money in the hay” game, and various craft and food vendors. Attendees can also visit the Pioneer Museum or enjoy live music by Kenny Crider & The Bottom Land Band.
Organizers encourage families to attend and join in the celebration. For residents, the event offers a chance to support local causes and enjoy the camaraderie of a small-town festival.
