- **Samuel Copes**, 23, of Oxford, was arrested on August 19 for disorderly conduct. - **Michelle Foshee**, 50, of Violet Hill, was taken into custody on August 20 for failure to appear in Izard County District Court and three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, stemming from a warrant issued by Izard County Circuit Court. - **Stephen Curtis**, 22, of Horseshoe Bend, was detained on August 22 on a charge of third-degree domestic battery. - **Joshua Maccart**, 41, of Melbourne, was arrested on August 23 on two counts of third-degree assault on a family or household member, as well as a charge of disorderly conduct. - **James Farris**, 55, of Horseshoe Bend, was taken into custody on August 23 for multiple charges, including disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal mischief, obstructing governmental operations, and resisting arrest.
