Veterans of Foreign Wars Ozark Post 3246 in Mountain Home is hosting three public events this week at its hall on West Seventh Street, with proceeds set to benefit local veterans and community charities.
The first event, a bingo night, will take place Wednesday from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Doors will open earlier at 2:30 p.m. For those looking for more bingo fun, a second session is scheduled for Saturday, running from 1 to 4:30 p.m. Doors for Saturday’s session will open at 11 a.m.
On Friday, the post will serve an Italian beef sandwich dinner starting at 4:30 p.m. Plates will cost $14.50. Following the dinner, attendees can enjoy a dance party from 6:30 to 10 p.m., with DJ Kristyn providing music. Admission to the dance party is $7 per person.
All three events are open to the public. The VFW hall is located at 214 W. Seventh St. in Mountain Home.
