Caleb Jackson, 25, of Black Rock was transferred to the Izard County Jail following his arrest on warrants for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and sexual solicitation of a minor, according to documents released by authorities.

Officials confirmed Jackson’s detention on a $30,000 bond while investigations into the case remain ongoing. They indicated that additional charges could arise as the inquiry progresses.

In a police affidavit, Jackson is said to have admitted to investigators during an interview that he has struggled with “rape impulses” and a sexual attraction to minors. He also reportedly conceded to possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on his phone, although investigators are still reviewing evidence related to that claim.

The affidavit states that Jackson admitted to inappropriate sexual contact with minors aged 14 to 16 years old during a period when he himself was between 18 and 20. Authorities are continuing to investigate these allegations, as well as other statements made during the interview.

According to investigators, Jackson described having a general attraction to younger individuals, often tied to themes of authority or control. He reportedly acknowledged to law enforcement that he perceives women as "less" and admitted to harboring desires that he characterized as improper. He is also said to have expressed a desire for "help and rehabilitation." Jackson cited emotional distress during the interview and, at one point, alluded to seeking resolution by undergoing an “exorcism.”

Law enforcement officials seized Jackson’s phone during their investigation and stated that evidence on the device would be critical to their ongoing inquiry.

Jackson was initially arrested on Friday, July 24, by the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office before being transferred to Izard County authorities. With the investigation still active, officials are encouraging potential victims or individuals with further information about the case to contact law enforcement.

He is currently being held at the Izard County Detention Center.
