The Baxter County Library will host a free, mystery-themed afternoon for all ages on Saturday, Aug. 29, from 1 to 3 p.m. at 300 Library Hill Lane in Mountain Home.
Activities during the event will include puzzles, detective board games such as Clue and Guess Who, and a short murder mystery challenge for participants. Library staff also plan to screen classic Scooby-Doo episodes during the two-hour program. Attendees can participate in a variety of activities, including a take-home craft and additional, unannounced offerings.
The event is intended to welcome both seasoned mystery enthusiasts and those new to the genre. No registration is required to attend.
