An 18-year-old man was arrested in Randolph County on August 21 and faces felony charges, according to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities identified the suspect as Delvontae Nash. Jail records show that Nash was booked on charges of sexual indecency with a child, felony obstructing governmental operations, and possession of a controlled substance categorized under Schedule VI, which typically includes marijuana.
Nash is being held at the Randolph County Detention Center. Officials said he is awaiting an upcoming court hearing to address the allegations.
