According to court documents, Scott Ewing has been charged with six counts of rape, six counts of sexual indecency with a child, one count of sexually grooming a child, two counts of domestic battery in the first and second degree, three counts of permitting abuse of a minor, and one count of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor.

Summer White-Ewing is charged with one count of rape by accomplice liability, two counts of domestic battery by accomplice liability in the first and second degree, three counts of permitting abuse of a minor, three counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, and three counts of third-degree domestic battery.
