A Walnut Ridge woman faces felony charges after allegedly using a stolen credit card to post an inmate’s bail, according to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.
Teri Mosbach, 44, was arrested on Wednesday, August 19, and booked into the Randolph County Detention Center. Law enforcement records allege that Mosbach used a stolen Discover credit card on August 15 to post a bond of more than $5,000 for another individual, identified as Zachary Sellers.
Mosbach has been charged with felony fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. She remains in custody as she awaits a bond hearing and court date.
Sellers, the inmate reportedly assisted, was subsequently booked back into custody on August 19 for bond revocation. Details regarding the circumstances of the card theft or bail transaction have not been disclosed.
The investigation remains ongoing.
