Izard County deputies arrested 41-year-old Clinton Tinin of Calico Rock following a traffic stop north of Pineville.
According to the Izard County Sheriff's Office, Tinin was charged with possession of a controlled substance and refusal to submit to arrest.
Tinin was transported to the Izard County Detention Center, where he is being held pending a bond hearing and court date. Additional details about the traffic stop or the controlled substance involved have not been publicly disclosed.
