The Sharp County Sheriff's Office released its weekly arrest report for the period of August 10 to August 17, 2026, as announced by Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson. The report lists several arrests, including charges ranging from violent offenses to minor violations and out-of-county holds.
Deisy Choc-Co, 26, of Jonesboro, was detained on a hold for another county or state. Curtis Cozine, 38, of Texas, was arrested for failure to appear on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance. Ashley Crow, 43, of Pocahontas, was taken into custody for absconding, which involved the issuance of a white warrant.
Megan Daniels, 31, of Hardy, was arrested for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Ashton Forester, 20, of Evening Shade, faces charges of aggravated assault on a family or household member as well as breaking or entering a building or structure. Flores Garcia, 20, of Paragould, is being held with no specified charges listed in the report.
Sean Gillihan, 37, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was detained for violating the terms of suspension or probation. William Griffin, 33, of Hardy, was charged with domestic battering in the third degree and aggravated assault on a family or household member. Robert Guzick, 65, of Cherokee Village, was arrested on multiple charges, including obstruction of governmental operations by use or threat of physical force, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
In Jonesboro, two individuals were listed for holds: Alejandro Hernandez-Lopez, 21, and Santiago Salas, 28, both detained for unspecified out-of-county or state matters.
Other arrests include Ronald Hill Jr., 32, of Salem, who faces charges of failure to appear for fines or payment review exceeding 60 days in addition to driving without a license and lacking proof of liability insurance. Christopher Rohrscheib, 41, of Batesville, and Bryon Striebeck, 42, of Cherokee Village, were both arrested for failure to appear, with Striebeck’s charge involving no insurance.
Lastly, Brittany Vanderberg, 37, of Cherokee Village, was taken into custody on a hold for another county or state.
