PARAGOULD, Ark. — The fourth annual Beck Center for Veterans Golf Classic is set for Thursday, Aug. 27, at the Paragould Country Club, with proceeds going toward services provided by the Beck Center for Veterans.
“Building on the tremendous success of previous tournaments, we are looking forward to making this year’s event our biggest and most impactful yet,” said Jana Haskins, director of the Beck Center. “With the continued support of our sponsors, participants, and community partners, we hope to expand participation and create an even stronger event dedicated to honoring and supporting our nation’s veterans.”
Organizers welcome golfers of all skill levels, as well as individuals wishing to support the cause. Registration will begin at 10 a.m., with lunch served at 11:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m.
The tournament format is a four-person scramble, with an entry fee of $400 per team. Registration covers range balls, green fees, lunch, four mulligans per team, and awards and prizes for the top three finishing teams.
“Gather your team and join us as we come together to support the Beck Center for Veterans and the men and women who have served our country,” Haskins said.
Major sponsors for this year’s event include Nucor Northeast Arkansas, BAE Systems, and Ranger Tool and Die.
